Shipping and Handling

We offer the following shipping methods:

International UPS
Standard UPS Ground
UPS Three Day

UPS Second Day
UPS Overnight

We ship all Next-Day Air, Second Day Air, and Three Day Air orders same day (standard business days) if received by 12:15 PM PST

Our parts are almost always in stock, at either our east-coast or west-coast warehouse facilities.

You will be immediately notified of any items out of stock, and given the option to wait or cancel.

We only accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

1. Return items will only be accepted with a material return authorization number (MRA). Credit will NOT be issued without an MRA number.

2.. Requests for returns MUST be made within 30 days from date of shipping

3. There will be a 20% restocking fee on all returned items. Other than warranty parts or shipping errors. Customer will pay all shipping charges for returned parts.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

It's the customers responsibility to be sure that they have the correct part number and voltage. This can be done by by calling the factory with the correct model and serial # of your machine.

Some Elmo motors have Metric Shafts (i.e. - Wascomat, Primus, and some others) our motors have an S.A.E. sized shafts (U.S. diameters) you can still use S.A.E. in place of Metric, however the pulley with either have to be machined or replaced to the proper size shaft.

Also: Some of the older Single Phase Elmo Motors have a mechanical 'Motor Start-Switch' ('centrifugal switch') instead of the newer style 'Solid-State Start Switch' You can tell this by looking at the motor: The mechanical start-switch was mounted externally on the end of the motor shaft, directly opposite of the belt pulley (it's usually easier to see by removing the front panel on the washer - you will also see the additional wires going to that end of the motor) The factory no longer makes this style of motor, and in some cases we can provide a wiring diagram so as to upgrade to the new style circuit (however, in order to activate the one-year warranty this has to be done by a qualified technician)

More: Our motors come with a one year warranty, however, due to the temperamental nature of the 'single-phase' motors the warranty will only be activated if the capacitors, motor start-switch, and contactors are replaced by a qualified technician. We offer an exceptional package deal on these components.
